101 Things to do with Jelly Beans #5

Very Best Baking - Jelly Bean Easter Bark

101 Things to do with Jelly Beans #5 Easter Jelly Bean Bark

Jelly Beans seem to be an incredibly popular Easter treat and as it’s Easter weekend I thought it seemed quite fitting to have a themed 101 Things to do with Jelly Beans.

After scouring the internet I came across many recipes on how to make ‘Jelly Bean Bark’ - something I have never heard of before.
It looks amazing! It seems so easy to make and no doubt delicious!!

What you’ll need,
  • White Chocolate
  • Jelly Beans
  • Baking Tray
  • Greaseproof Paper

What to do,
  • Line your baking tray with greaseproof paper.
  • Carefully melt the white chocolate.
  • Place half of your jelly beans onto the baking tray, then pour over the melted chocolate.
  • Sprinkle the remaining jelly beans on top.
  • Place in the fridge and leave to cool.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy! Yummy!

You could always make it with milk or dark chocolate. You could even try a marble effect!

This is a fun treat you can make with kids over the holiday for everyone to enjoy!

Let me know if you have a go at making it! Send in your pictures and I'll feature them on the blog!
